This prestigious project, led by developer Arrowsmith Group, features a sensitive conversion of the historic Brunswick Mill alongside two new-build residential blocks, delivering 277 homes in one of Manchester’s most vibrant and rapidly regenerating neighbourhoods—New Islington and Ancoats.

Craft’s scope will include design, supply & installation of:
